My Biography

I’m a board-certified nurse coach and registered nurse licensed in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. My passion for coaching is deeply rooted in my own experience with the powerful, transformative effects of inner work. It changed my life—and now, I’m committed to helping others on their own journeys of growth and healing.

My clinical background is diverse, with experience in the ER, Medical-Surgical/Stroke unit, Service ICU, and Medical-Telemetry floor. I also worked as an adult cardiac sonographer in the Echo Lab, a role I found incredibly fulfilling and meaningful.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to music and podcasts, and singing karaoke—a beloved tradition in Filipino culture. I find joy in simple pleasures like early morning walks in the park, watching ducks and squirrels, and spending time in nature. I’m a homebody at heart, and I truly value quiet moments alone—these times help me stay grounded and support my ongoing inner work and self-discovery.
From an early age, I felt a deep calling to help others, which naturally led me to pursue a career in nursing. My journey took a major turn when I relocated to the U.S. to work as a nurse—a move full of opportunity, but also significant challenges. As the youngest of eight siblings and living away from home for the first time, I was met with the overwhelming task of adjusting to the many differences between life in the Philippines and the United States. Everything—from cultural norms and language to food, climate, the healthcare system, work environment, and support network—was unfamiliar. Learning to navigate these changes was essential for me not just to survive, but to truly thrive in my new environment.

Throughout my nursing career, I witnessed the full spectrum of human emotion—from moments of joyful recovery to the heart-wrenching reality of loss. Although I was passionate about caring for others, the physical, emotional, and mental toll began to weigh heavily on me. Over time, I found myself facing burnout, loneliness, depression, frustration, and anxiety.

It was during these difficult times that I discovered the transformative power of inner work. I realized that while external support is important, true healing and lasting transformation begin from within. That insight changed everything for me—it sparked a deeper purpose. I knew I wanted to help others in a more profound way.
Today, as a health and wellness coach, I guide others through their own journeys of self-discovery and healing. I help them confront their struggles, find clarity, and create meaningful change—just as I did through the same powerful inner work that transformed my life.
